As a Brand Designer at Harvey, you’ll help define and expand the Harvey brand. You’ll be joining the team at a formative stage, working alongside our marketing organization, product design peers, and top external design partners. At Harvey, the future of professional services is being written today — and we’re just getting started. What You’ll Do

Brand Systems & Assets: Develop and maintain the core assets that bring Harvey’s brand to life. Templates, guidelines, libraries, and tools that scale across the company. Campaign Creative: Concept, design, and produce materials for customer stories, product launches, out-of-home, and global marketing campaigns. Digital Experience: Design and evolve Harvey’s website, blog, and other digital surfaces where our brand shows up. Content & Storytelling: Create visual systems and assets for presentations, social, and thought leadership — ensuring consistency, clarity, and impact. Events & Environments: Design event collateral, signage, and physical touchpoints that extend the Harvey identity into real-world spaces. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product design, engineering, and leadership to align brand and business goals. Quality & Craft: Uphold a high bar for design rigor. Giving and receiving feedback to ensure every output meets Harvey’s standards. What You Have

3-5 years of brand design experience. A portfolio that shows mastery of typography, hierarchy, color, and form. Strong communication skills, able to clearly articulate design thinking to diverse stakeholders. Experience across a range of mediums: web, print, digital assets, video, and more. Proficient in various design tools. We mostly use Figma. Ability to flex to new software quickly. (e.g. jump into Jitter for one-off project) Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where you won’t always have the luxury of time. Adaptable to changing priorities and managing ambiguity. Bonus
