Founding Growth Marketer (Confidential Client)

About the Client

Experience, qualification, and soft skills, have you got everything required to succeed in this opportunity Find out below. Our client is a stealth-stage consumer AI company building a new category of

real‑world personal assistants

delivered through an

AI‑enabled wearable . Their technology focuses on assistance that is deeply personal, proactive, and context‑aware—designed to help people be smarter and faster in everyday conversations and work. The founding team are repeat builders with a track record of shipping ambitious products at the intersection of AI, human‑computer interaction, and hardware. Early prototypes are in daily use by testers, there’s strong inbound interest, and initial direct‑to‑consumer demand is validating the opportunity. About the Role We’re hiring a

Founding Growth Marketer

to take the product from early validation to breakout consumer adoption. You’ll own the go‑to‑market strategy, stand up the growth engine from zero, and run the full funnel across awareness, acquisition, activation, and retention. This is a rare chance for an entrepreneurial marketer (ideally a former founder) to pair

B2C growth chops

with

product instincts

and help define a category from day one. Responsibilities Own 0→1 growth strategy:

define target segments, messaging, and the growth model for both D2C and an initial professional use case. Build the engine:

set up the performance stack (tracking, attribution, LTV/CAC), launch landing pages, pricing/packaging tests, waitlists, and referral loops. Run full‑funnel experiments:

creative testing, paid social/search, creator/influencer partnerships, affiliates, community, short‑form video, and IRL/field demos. Lifecycle & retention:

email/SMS/push, onboarding, habit loops, and feature education to convert preorders into active subscribers. Narrative & product marketing:

craft a compelling story for a new interface category; own launch calendars, press/creator seeding, and product announcements. Conversion optimization:

instrument analytics, analyze cohorts, and optimize landing pages and storefronts for conversion and AOV. Creator & community programs:

recruit and manage advocates/ambassadors; source UGC; build social proof and word‑of‑mouth. B2B wedge experiments:

pilot with customer‑facing teams to validate professional workflows and expansion channels. Voice of customer:

talk to users weekly; synthesize insights to inform roadmap and positioning. Founding impact:

hire vendors/contractors, establish playbooks, and help shape culture, process, and standards. What success looks like (first 90 days) Clear segmentation, positioning, and a launch plan with milestones. Working analytics/attribution, baseline CAC/LTV model, and active experimentation cadence. A repeatable acquisition channel (or two) delivering efficient preorders/signups. Lifecycle flows increasing activation and early retention. Requirements B2C growth background

with hands‑on ownership of acquisition and retention for a consumer product (apps, devices, or platforms). Founder/early‑builder mindset

strongly preferred—comfort wearing multiple hats and taking ideas from zero to live quickly. Demonstrated ability to scale at least one consumer application or product from launch to meaningful traction. Fluency in performance marketing, creator/UGC, community, landing page/CRO, and lifecycle (email/SMS/push). Strong analytics orientation: cohorting, funnel analysis, experimentation; familiarity with common tools (e.g., Amplitude/Mixpanel, GA, attribution) and basic SQL or no‑code data tools. Excellent copywriting and storytelling; can turn complex technology into simple, emotional benefits. Scrappy operator who can design briefs, ship content, and run tests without large agency support. Comfortable partnering with AI/hardware/product teams; thoughtful about data privacy and trust in consumer AI. Nice to have: experience with D2C hardware + subscription, referral/ambassador programs, and creator seeding. Benefits & Why Join Category creation:

help define how consumers interact with AI in the real world. Founding‑team scope & ownership:

substantial autonomy, direct access to the founders, and meaningful equity. Immediate impact:

prototypes in the wild, strong early demand, and a path from preorder to subscription revenue. Builder culture:

fast iteration, high bar for craft, and a mission to augment human capability. Practical perks:

competitive compensation, equity, flexible location with periodic on‑site collaboration, and the tools/budget you need to win.
