Handle complex commercial litigation matters from inception through trial Conduct discovery, including depositions, document review, and motion practice Draft pleadings, briefs, and other litigation documents Manage case strategy and client relationships Participate in settlement negotiations and mediation Conduct legal research and analysis on complex issues Assist with trial preparation and courtroom proceedings Work collaboratively with partners and senior associates Develop and maintain client relationships Requirements

J.D. from an accredited law school with strong academic credentials 3-6 years of commercial litigation experience Active membership in the California State Bar Strong experience in business disputes and commercial litigation Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven track record in motion practice and discovery Trial experience preferred Ability to manage multiple complex matters simultaneously Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Equal Employment Opportunity:
