Lead PR Strategy and Execution for Customers, Partners, and Public Sector: Develop and execute a comprehensive PR strategy around key news moments, announcements, and an always-on storytelling engine. Integrated Communications: Collaborate across corporate, internal, and social media to design and implement cohesive announcement and launch plans that maximize visibility and engagement. Team Management: Guide and develop a team of PR professionals, fostering collaboration, creativity, and high performance. Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with tech, business, and vertical press; serve as a spokesperson when needed. Storytelling and Content Creation: Craft narratives around product innovation, customer success, and ROI; develop messaging and press materials that clearly articulate value. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales to align on go-to-market initiatives and maximize impact of launches, customer stories, and events. Executive Counsel: Provide strategic PR guidance to senior executives on product communications, market positioning, and media engagement. Metrics and Reporting: Track PR performance and media coverage; use data-driven insights to refine strategies and demonstrate impact on business goals. Qualifications

Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, including use of AI-powered tools or analyzing AI-driven insights. 12+ years in communications, PR, or media relations, with a focus on technology products, platforms, or AI; enterprise tech and fast-paced, high-growth environments preferred. Proven leadership of high-performing PR teams with a collaborative, coaching-focused approach. Integrated Communications familiarity across corporate, internal, thought leadership, and social channels. Extensive media relationships with top-tier tech and business outlets; skilled at securing coverage. Strategic storytelling with strong writing and editing skills. Collaborative and influential with senior executives and cross-functional teams. Tech fluency in AI, cloud computing, and platform technologies; ability to translate complex topics into accessible narratives. Self-starter with ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution. For positions in this location, base pay ranges from $170,200 to $297,900, plus equity where applicable, variable/incentive compensation, and benefits.
