As we scale rapidly, we need a
Technical Project Manager - Deep Learning Frameworks
to support initiatives with major technology companies developing core deep learning frameworks and compilers. In this role you will work with internal and client principal/staff level engineers as well as sales and account leaders. You will provide the structure and support needed to create mutual wins that create new capabilities for our clients and new opportunities for OpenTeams. We are looking for an experienced candidate who can establish and maintain the heartbeat of highly-technical, customer-facing projects with Fortune 50 companies. You will act as a project manager, project administrator, or account support as needed to ensure project success. The right candidate need not be a master of all of these areas, but will have strong project management sensibilities and a foundational understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning. Collaborate with engineers, clients, and account managers to proactively address project needs Lead or support technical project meetings, requirements gathering, project planning, and stakeholder alignment Maintain shared awareness of project plans and status, provide tailored project updates to internal and client leadership Build and maintain trust-based relationships with key client stakeholders at various organizational levels to identify opportunities to deepen relationships Align stakeholders, manage deliverables, and control risk as project priorities change Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards and client requirements Support the health and growth of the Project Success team as time allows What Were Looking For
Proven technical project management experience. Understanding of and hands on experience with modern Deep Learning Frameworks. Customer-facing experience as a project manager, technical project leader, account manager, consultant, or related role. Demonstrable ability to identify project-level risks and success strategies in highly technical projects involving Deep Learning Frameworks, compilers and open-source software. Coordinating between technical teams, clients, and sales; managing technical project timelines, resources, and risks; proactively communicating with and reporting to external and internal stakeholders; leveraging relationships to create opportunities for project renewal, expansion, and marketing collaboration.
