We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient
Principal Member of Technical Staff (PMTS)
to lead and contribute to the design, development, and delivery of secure, scalable software solutions within our cybersecurity and identity management domain. This role requires deep full stack engineering expertise, strong leadership in enterprise software development, and hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ platforms. Key Responsibilities
Architect and implement secure, scalable, and high-performance applications across the full stack. Lead development of front-end interfaces using Angular, React, or similar frameworks. Design and maintain robust back-end services using Java, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs. Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices using tools like JUnit. Drive secure coding practices and ensure compliance with cybersecurity standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including DevOps, QA, IAM architects, and product managers. Provide technical leadership in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance and security. Contribute to CI/CD pipeline development and infrastructure automation. Participate in migration and customization efforts for SailPoint solutions, including connector development, policy configuration, and lifecycle event handling. Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in enterprise software development. Proven expertise in Java, Spring Framework, Spring Boot, and React.js. Strong experience with Unix/Linux environments and shell scripting. Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern front-end frameworks. Proficiency in SQL and database development, including stored procedures. Familiarity with IAM concepts such as provisioning, access reviews, and role-based access control. Experience with GitHub, SAST/DAST scanning, and secure SDLC practices. Hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityNow or IdentityIQ, including rule writing, workflows, and connector development. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills
Current CISSP Certification Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP). Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Splunk. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of Zero Trust architecture and identity governance frameworks. Education
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Compensation and Benefits
Our Principal Member of Technical Staff earns between $160,900-$241,300 USD annual. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, and education/training.
