We are looking for a Business Development Consultant to help drive Just Constructions U.S. expansion. This role is all about creating new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and connecting construction, engineering, and renewable energy companies with the talent they need. Youll use your industry experience to open doors, grow accounts, and partner closely with our recruiters to deliver staffing solutions. This is an exciting chance to join at the ground level of our U.S. operations with plenty of room to grow. What Youll Be Doing
Win and grow new client accounts across construction, engineering, and renewable energy sectors Build lasting relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers Attend meetings, events, and networking opportunities to expand your reach Track and manage your pipeline while consistently driving new business Work closely with recruiters to understand client needs and deliver the right talent Provide market insight to strengthen sourcing and recruitment strategies Act as the go-to point of contact for your client accounts Represent Just Construction in the U.S. market as we scale operations Identify opportunities to expand into new regions or verticals Contribute ideas and feedback to help shape our U.S. growth strategy What Were Looking For
Experience in business development, sales, or recruiting within construction, engineering, or renewable energy Proven ability to build relationships and win new business Strong communication and negotiation skills with industry decision-makers A motivated self-starter who thrives in a growth-focused environment Excited to join an international company and play a part in U.S. expansion Legally authorized to work in the U.S. What We Offer
