Talent Acquisition Specialist (On-Site Only)

Voltage is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing HR team. In this role, youll manage full-cycle recruiting across departments, ensure a positive candidate experience while supporting our companys talent strategy. Youll partner with hiring managers, leverage sourcing tools, and help drive employer branding initiatives. Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations. Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies. Maintain active pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future needs.

Candidate Experience & Employer Branding

Provide timely communication and updates to candidates throughout the hiring process. Represent the company professionally and positively at career fairs, networking events, and campus engagements. Help develop and promote Voltages employer brand across platforms and campaigns.

Technology & Compliance

Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms to manage and track candidates. Ensure recruitment processes are compliant with EEO, and other applicable regulations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on all candidate interactions.

Reporting & Metrics

Prepare recruitment dashboards and analytics reports (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire, DEI statistics). Support continuous improvement of recruiting processes through data-driven insights.

Work Experience / Education / Skills Requirements

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 4+ years of proven full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a fast-paced or growing organization. Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques including LinkedIn Recruiter, and job boards. Experience with ATS systems (e.g., ClearCompany, Workday, or similar). Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple open roles and competing priorities. Detail-oriented and organized.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience recruiting in the renewable energy, manufacturing, or technical sectors. Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.

Physical Requirements / Work Environment

Work is performed in an office environment with occasional travel to hiring events (up to 15% travel required). Equal Employment Opportunity
