They specialize in multi-family projects over $20M but they also do various other commercial projects. Oversee all phases of commercial construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget. Coordinate and manage project teams, including subcontractors, vendors, and internal staff, to meet project objectives. Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, track milestones, and resolve any delays or issues. Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company safety protocols and quality standards. Prepare and manage project budgets, review financial reports, and adjust cost estimates as needed. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and team members, providing regular updates and addressing concerns. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize potential disruptions to the project timeline or budget. Review and approve project documentation, contracts, and change orders to ensure alignment with project goals and scope. 7+ years experience in a PM or higher role Ground up general contracting construction experience Degree in Construction Management or Engineering, or relevant experience in place of degree Excellent written and verbal communication skills Leadership ability to oversee more junior proejct managers and apms Ability to work both independently, as well in a team setting Passion for delivering first class service to customers Ability to mentor more junior PMs What's on Offer
