Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative jobs include but are not limited to:

Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email.

Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner.

Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues.

Monitor progress of delivery routes.

Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps.

Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders.

Candidates must meet the following requirements to be considered for Customer Service Representative jobs:

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

1 year of related experience, preferably within a call center environment.

Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and thrive under pressure.

Spanish speaking is beneficial.

Must have a reliable vehicle for commute.

Shift & Pay Details:

Schedule: Monday - Saturday, 8.5-hour shifts between 5:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Sundays off).

Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour.

Assignment Type: Onsite.

Pay Details:

$18.00 per hour
