The

Senior Associate II, Salesforce Technical Architect,

will play a pivotal role as Salesforce Technical Architect, designing and implementing Salesforce/SiteTracker solutions for RWE. This role requires a deep understanding of Salesforce and SiteTracker architecture, strong technical skills, and a collaborative mindset to work closely with various stakeholders. Responsible for establishing overall architecture, integration, and data model standards for the Salesforce program.

Role Responsibilities:

Work closely with business leaders, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of Salesforce and SiteTracker solutions with business objectives

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective, well-architected Salesforce and SiteTracker solutions. Propose high-level solutions for requirements based on best-fit Salesforce and SiteTracker capabilities

Establish overall architecture, integration, and data model standards for the Salesforce and SiteTracker program, ensuring designs and solutions meet Salesforce best practices and platform.

Lead the development and customization of Salesforce and SiteTracker applications including Apex, Visualforce, Lightening components, middleware, and integrations, ensuring best practices and optimal performance.

Develop integration architecture and ERDs to support Salesforce and SiteTracker data flows with other systems

Review and provide sign-off on proposed Salesforce and SiteTracker data model and security updates

Develop and execute the overall deployment and data migration plan for each Production release

Stay abreast of the latest Salesforce and SiteTracker features, tools, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement and innovation

Follow and define coding standards. Lead code reviews during projects to ensure quality and appropriate design patterns are followed

Manage the technical delivery of custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation

Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between technical and non-technical team members

Mentor and guide junior developers and administrators, serving as lead developer, fostering a culture of learning and growth

Job Requirements and Experiences:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire

Salesforce Certified System Architect?

Salesforce Certified Application Architect

Minimum of 8 years of experience in Salesforce technical architecture and development

Proven experience in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions

Proficiency in Salesforce solution architecture, technical architecture, and coding standards

Experience leading and guiding direct reports

Extensive knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, middleware, and integrations

Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products

Understand core technical principles of Salesforce for integration, networking, infrastructure, security, data modeling, performance optimization, and DevOps

Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems (ETL, ESB, CPQ, marketing automation, reporting, etc.)

Familiarity with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth).

Experience with platform security capabilities (Named Credentials, TLS, SSL)

Exposure and experience in Einstein and AI product capabilities.

Up-to-date knowledge and training on the latest Salesforce release, features, and developments

Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies

Excellent proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Teams

Motivated self-starter, goal-oriented, and strong problem-solving abilities

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships

Is detail-oriented, has strong business acumen, and a sound understanding of business concepts

Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Strong organization skills and ability to coordinate multiple tasks and deliverables

Ability to multitask while working independently and as part of a team

Passion for renewable energy and sustainability

Demonstrated desire to learn about the Company and the renewables space

Work Environment:

This position is an office-based role with some travel and visits to other RWECE offices and field locations. The employee must be able to sit, walk, or stand for long durations of time.
