Our client, the construction industry, is seeking a Document Administrator to join their team. As a Document Administrator, you will be part of the Administrative Support team supporting Project Coordination and Community Management. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title:
Document Administrator
Location: Owings Mills, MD
Pay Range:
Up to $25.00 per hour
Shift:
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
What's the Job?
Assist with administrative functions to support the Project Manager Community
Help with booking change orders and initiating subcontract procurement
Support billing processes and schedule handover meetings
Assist with new vendor onboarding and project data validations
Contribute to project closure activities and document management
What's Needed?
Minimum of 1 year of administrative support experience in the construction industry
Familiarity with reading customer contracts and progress billings
Basic understanding of project finance concepts
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics platform, SAP, or basic Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
