NetSuite Enterprise Applications Manager
Location: 100% Remote (Eastern or Central Time Zones preferred) Quarterly travel to NYC Are you a seasoned NetSuite Administrator ready to step into a leadership role? Our client, a growing manufacturing company, is seeking a hands-on NetSuite Enterprise Applications Manager to drive system strategy, lead projects, and partner with executives and teams to maximize the value of their ERP and integrated systems. This is a unique opportunity to combine deep technical expertise with leadership impact in a collaborative, fast-moving environment. Responsibilities
Managing and maintaining ERP, retail, and enterprise systems (NetSuite), including SPS Commerce, EDI, and Enterprise HR environments Designing and implementing scalable system architecture to support business growth Developing and executing updated business processes aligned with ERP and integrated systems Overseeing contractors and project teams managing ERP and retail systems Generating ERP reports, managing customizations, and providing employee training for self-service Leading IT security best practices across systems Continuously optimizing system utilization and drive process improvements for WMS and other integrations Serving as both administrator and emerging leader, guiding teams and initiatives toward operational excellence Qualifications
5+ years of NetSuite experience as a system administrator Proven leadership experience with the ability to communicate effectively with executives, users, and teams Strong project management skills with experience leading initiatives from planning to execution Experience managing 3rd-party system integrations and vendor relationships Solid understanding of data compliance and cross-functional system impact Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship Nice-to-Haves
Experience with integrations such as Shopify, Stripe, WMS platforms, tax systems, and enterprise HR solutions Prior experience growing or managing a small team of administrators Hands-on experience with ERP reporting, customizations, and end-user training Reasons to Work Here
