Commercial Real Estate Associate
to join its Chicago office. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions while enjoying a supportive, team-oriented environment. Base Salary Range: $280-375K. Key Responsibilities
Represent clients in the acquisition and disposition of commercial properties across multiple asset classes. Advise on a variety of financing and lending transactions, including secured loans, refinancings, and complex debt structures. Draft and negotiate leases for retail, office, industrial, and mixed-use properties. Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, and internal teams to ensure successful transaction execution. Qualifications
J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to the Illinois Bar (or eligibility for admission). 47 years of experience in commercial real estate law, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and leasing.
