Post Market Surveillance Lab Analyst
Well-Known Medical Device Company | Monday - Friday Day Shift | Offers Benefits The Post Market Surveillance Lab Analyst plays a crucial role in evaluating returned medical devices associated with reported complaints. This position requires using established procedures, judgment, and experience to conduct appropriate testing, determine the root cause of issues, and prepare detailed technical reports. The analyst collaborates with internal departments and external consultants to ensure comprehensive evaluations. Responsibilities: Perform evaluations on returned devices using procedures and judgment to determine appropriate testing. Conduct well-documented and accurate root cause evaluations. Review Device History Records. Coordinate product testing and analysis with other internal departments and external consultants. Prepare technical reports of evaluations. Receive and process complaints from customers or the field. Ask pertinent questions and submit evaluations based on findings. Work collaboratively with other team members and departments requiring product complaint information. Communicate findings effectively across multiple organizational levels. Leverage support from other teams when necessary based on product analysis findings. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a science-related field such as biology, biochemistry, or neuroscience. Technical writing experience. Strong communication skills verified by references. 3+ months of lab experience and/or anatomy/physiology experience. Experience in lab, teaching assistant, or research roles (can be from college). Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
