This position ensures that team members follow processes and instructions to implement assigned projects successfully. Success is measured based on project quality, duration, and costs. This position also requires implementation of projects. Assist with work process improvement ideas, strategic planning, and effective implementation and take ownership of the resulting tasks Build a successful team by encouraging, coaching, mentoring, and sponsoring future leaders, investing in their professional and personal development, setting smart goals, inviting them to participate in collaboration to build trust and a common sense of purpose, which in turn would contribute to the growth of the company. Assist with and conduct hiring interviews Communicate effectively and frequently with team members at the customers sites and in house Motivate, support, and engage your team to achieve organizational goals Develop and implement a timeline to achieve employee performance targets Empower team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills Assign tasks to team members to optimize the success of the projects based on qualifications Identify team members potentials and encourage them to improve their technical knowledge and skills, leading them to solve problems actively and independently Conduct performance reviews and team meetings Create and distribute regular reports to management that show employees progress Approve hours and expense reports Participate in strategic projects (career fairs, capstone projects, improvement and maintenance of internal tools, etc.) Project related tasks

Project scope may include:

Report design or concept flaws Ensure resources are being used in an efficient manner

Review and maintain project schedule in coordination with other departments Be part of a team responsible for successful commissioning of assigned projects based on milestones, costs, and quality Interface with and be the point-of-contact for other departments What You Have

Knowledge of Knapp processes In-depth knowledge of Knapps company structure and organization Desire to learn and succeed at accomplishing Knapp projects Excellent verbal skills Knowledge and willingness to learn Knapp products and solutions Basic knowledge of project management and tools being used for project management Knowledge of computer systems and Windows operating system Demonstrated experience in team management Experience in employee and team development Working Conditions and Environment

Overtime (occasional) as required by work Travel is required, up to 30% Ability to travel by air both domestically (U.S.) and internationally Authorization to work in the U.S. Passport or ability to obtain passport Professional office etiquette is required at all times Physical requirements may include:

sitting for long periods of time, standing, walking, climbing a ladder, speaking, visual acuity, finger dexterity, listening, reaching at arms length, and lifting up to 50 pounds
