ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan) HOURS: • 5:30 am - 4:00 pm Monday - Friday • Some overtime on Saturdays Scot Forge performs a hair follicle drug screen, lift test up to 65 lbs and background check. Scot Forge is a 100% employee-owned company that manufactures custom open die and rolled ring forgings. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Coordinate metal pre-forgings with Blacksmith. • Load and unload 50 lb pieces with tongs into forge furnace and hammer • Locate metal material, inspect, grind, stamp, transport, etc. • Remove scrap from pit, shovel and unload. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimal Skills- • Ability to do frequent heavy lifting in a hot work environment • Strong Math and Mechanical aptitude • Tape measure and computer experience • High school diploma or equivalent Preferred Skills - • Previous manufacturing experience • Use of micrometer, caliper, tape measure • Machine set up and operation • Blueprint reading • Fork lift experience BENEFITS: A few of our amazing benefits include...
