Waverly Heights is currently seeking a Staffing Coordinator for our Health Care Center.

The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for:

Providing a minimum (4) week schedule according to approved staffing pattern. Utilizing electronic scheduling system to communicate staffing needs and schedule updates Coordinating and reorganizing schedules to correspond with immediate staffing needs Sending all pay-end reports in a timely and accurate fashion Notifying staff of openings available on the schedule Confirming with staff any scheduled shifts they have agreed to work Collaborating with Unit Clerks to ensure daily assignment sheet is updated and accurate Notifying leadership of callouts and securing adequate coverage Maintaining accurate attendance records and notifying leadership of any attendance related concerns Reviewing missed punches and timecard variances daily and addressing any concerns with leadership Communicating all staffing needs with HR and collaborating with HR to ensure a seamless hiring process Working with timekeeping system to properly record missed punches, PTO and other employee timekeeping matters for clinical staff in Health Care Center.

Our ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Healthcare or Business Administration or related field and a minimum of 2 years' related experience. At least one year of experience working with electronic scheduling software required, specifically OnShift preferred. Experience in lieu of education will be considered.
