We are seeking a results-driven
Project Manager
with strong experience in
healthcare
and
business operations
to lead strategic initiatives and drive operational excellence. This role requires a proven ability to analyze, design, and implement process improvements across clinical and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of healthcare systems and operational workflows. Experience with Six Sigma or similar continuous improvement methodologies is a plus. The Project Manager ensures all projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality standards, while minimizing disruptions to patient care and operational efficiency.
Essential Duties: Project Management & Execution Lead and manage multiple high-impact, cross-functional projects across departments that drive improvements in healthcare and business operations. Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation including charters, plans, timelines, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies. Delegate tasks effectively within project teams, ensuring accountability for high-quality and timely deliverables. Monitor and track project performance using KPIs and metrics aligned with business goals and patient care outcomes. Process Improvement & Operational Excellence Analyze existing business and operational workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. Conduct process mapping, root cause analysis, and impact assessments to inform data-driven decision-making. Implement scalable and sustainable process improvements that increase productivity, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery. Drive standardization and documentation of processes to support knowledge transfer and operational consistency. Act as a thought leader in continuous improvement, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance organizational efficiency and effectiveness. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Collaborate closely with leadership and stakeholders across clinical, financial, IT, and administrative functions to align project initiatives with broader business strategies. Provide regular updates on project status, key milestones, risks, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders. Change Management & Training Lead change management efforts to support the successful implementation and adoption of new tools, workflows, and processes. Facilitate training, documentation, and communication initiatives to ensure the long-term sustainability and impact of project outcomes. Additional Duties Perform other duties as assigned to support departmental or organizational objectives. Skills, Knowledge, Abilities: Demonstrated success in implementing operational or process improvements. Excellent communication and relationship management skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Strong knowledge of healthcare industry. Strong emotional intelligence, with the ability to influence decisions and navigate complex stakeholder relationships. Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in project management and business analysis tools. Experience with continuous improvement methodologies. Exhibit growth mindset and team-orientated behaviors. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred). PMP or CAPM certification preferred. Six Sigma Green Belt or Black belt preferred.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on healthcare and/or business operations.
