Base Salary:
$24–$28 per hour Starting Bonus:

Key Responsibilities
Assemble, repair, and test engine subcomponents to manufacturer specifications Apply Airworthiness Directives, Service Bulletins, and overhaul manuals Inspect and approve all parts before use Validate outside vendor repair documentation Use micrometers, bore gauges, and other precision instruments for accuracy Carry out compliance checks during assembly Test engine function using approved equipment and methods Diagnose and resolve issues during testing Maintain complete and accurate build records Provide support to Shop Foreman and management as needed Minimum Requirements
4+ years of aircraft engine build/maintenance experience Skilled diesel or motorcycle mechanics with precision assembly background considered Knowledge of reciprocating aircraft engine theory and operation Proficiency with calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and related tools Solid math skills and strong attention to detail Possession of personal hand tools Ideal Qualifications
FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license Proven history of precision craftsmanship and dedication to quality Elevate Your Career
