Job Description Salary: $65,000 - $70,000/Year based on experience IMMEDIATE HIRE!!
Windemere Healthcare Center RCF islooking for a compassionate and responsible Administrator to organize our facility's day-to-day operations. Ourorganization is family-owned and proud to carry on a legacy of caring for people. Windemere Healthcare Center RCF provides a safe and pleasant home for adults with mental illness. We are inspected by the Department of Health and Senior Services and the Department of Mental Health. Your job will be to lead a team of department managers and employees and oversee all the operations and daily activities. The administrator must be highly organized and able to adapt each day to the needs of the facility, staff, residents, and families. Furthermore, as the top position in the facility, one must always be on-call.
Responsibilities: Conduct meetings Hiring and maintaining staff Marketing the facility's services Implementing policies and goals Coordinating with community resources Engaging with residents and staff Ensuring a safe and pleasant environment Promoting a culture of compassion and teamwork Engaging families Operating within a budget Keeping a resident-centered approach Monitoring compliance with state regulations
Qualifications: RCAL License or LPN A minimum of two years of health care experience, including management responsibility and supervision of two staff or more Associate degree and one year of health care experience, including six months of management responsibilities and supervision of two staff or more Bachelor's degree or beyond and six months of health care experience, including six months of management responsibilities and supervision of two staff or more Strong written and oral communication skills Outstanding leadership skills Problem-solving attitude Excellent history of regulatory compliance
