We are now hiring Production Workers for a Manufacturing company in San Marcos, TX. These positions are starting ASAP! Please submit your resume to this posting and call our office at 830-629-2525 for more information.
Schedule / Pay:
2nd shift Monday-Friday 2:00pm-10:30pm $18/hr
3rd shift Sunday-Thursday 10:00pm-6:30am $18/hr Responsible for assembling products for shipment. Duties may include manual assembly of products and completing checks on equipment to ensure quality production.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities include:
Compliance to safety procedures and company policies for equipment and tool operation. Utilize basic hand tools to assemble and build products. Operate and maintain necessary machinery and equipment. Follow production guidelines and specifications. Maintain a clean workstation and production floor. Report any issues to the supervisor on duty. Perform other tasks as assigned. Key Characteristics, Competencies and Skills:
Mechanical aptitude Problem Solving/Critical Thinking Attention to detail Attendance and punctuality Ability to interpret assembly drawings Safety awareness
