Pay : $80,000-100,000 Job Summary:

The Supply Chain Coordinator supports warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, and production planning activities. This role acts as a central link between warehouse, production, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure efficient flow of materials and products across the supply chain.

Job Duties:

Warehouse Operations

Manage daily warehouse activities including inventory control, storage optimization, and cycle counting. Monitor inventory levels and assist with demand forecasting to prevent shortages or excess stock. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper product rotation. Support the implementation of warehouse safety procedures.

Shipping & Receiving

Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with carriers and logistics partners. Verify accuracy of incoming materials and outgoing finished goods. Prepare and review shipping documents, bills of lading, and delivery schedules. Track shipments and communicate delays or issues to stakeholders. Assist customer service with delivery inquiries and order status updates.

Production Planning & Coordination

Collaborate with production teams to maintain schedules based on orders and inventory needs. Monitor capacity and raw material availability, coordinating with procurement for timely deliveries. Support updates to the master production schedule and communicate changes across departments. Act as liaison between production, warehouse, and logistics to resolve supply chain issues. Participate in cross-functional meetings and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or related field. 3–4 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or related functions. Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Collaborative team player; bilingual skills a plus.
