Automotive Manufacturer Parts Counter – Full Time Suntrup Automotive Group | St. Louis, MO Suntrup Automotive is looking for a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team as a
Parts Counter Associate . This is a great opportunity to be part of a family-owned dealership group that has been serving the St. Louis community since 1957. What You’ll Do
Assist service technicians, wholesale accounts, and retail customers with parts inquiries and orders
Look up, locate, and issue correct parts using manufacturer catalogs and inventory systems
Maintain and organize the parts counter, bins, and stock levels
Receive, ship, and process incoming/outgoing parts accurately
Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone
What We’re Looking For
Previous parts counter or automotive experience preferred (manufacturer/ dealership experience a plus)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Computer proficiency (CDK/DealerTrack or similar DMS experience a plus)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
