160 Driving Academy is the fastest-growing vocational school system in the U.S., with over 100 locations across 40+ states. We’re proud to train students on how to safely operate trucks and earn their CDL.
Building on this success, we’ve launched
Truckers Network —a technology-driven job placement platform connecting carriers with qualified drivers through a streamlined, user-friendly mobile app built entirely by our in-house development team. Now, we’re expanding our business-to-business sales efforts and growing our network of carrier partners—and we want you to be a part of it.
The Role
As a
Sales Representative
at Truckers Network, you’ll play a key role in introducing carriers to our proprietary technology and growing our customer base. This is an entry-level opportunity in a high-demand industry with massive growth potential.
You will: Prospect, research, and connect with new carrier partners. Build and manage a portfolio of accounts, developing long-term relationships. Consult with industry companies to improve their hiring and driver placement processes. Collaborate with a dynamic, fast-moving team in a startup-style environment.

Requirements: We’re looking for self-starters who are curious, persuasive, and motivated to grow with us as we scale.
What We’re Looking For
Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude. Excellent communication, decision-making, and relationship-building skills. Tech-savvy with MS Office, Zoom, Outlook, and online research. Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to manage your own schedule. 2+ years of high-volume sales experience preferred. CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
