Role Description: The Escrow Officer serves as the primary point of contact for Priority’s clients, managing real estate transactions from title delivery through disbursement. This role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to navigate complex closing processes efficiently.
Duties and responsibilities Manage a pipeline of customer orders and ensure timely closings. Communicate with clients and vendor offices to meet monthly closing quotas and uphold service agreements. Review title commitments, identify curative issues, and facilitate title clearance. Prepare Closing Disclosures and Settlement Statements. Confirm closing details including date, location, documentation, and funds due with borrowers. Obtain lender approval for loan closing documents. Ensure closing documents comply with state regulations and client instructions. Monitor the Work In Progress report to ensure timely completion. Respond to inquiries from clients, borrowers, agents, and internal staff professionally and promptly. Maintain open communication with clients, team members, and leadership. Perform other duties as assigned by management Note:
