This hybrid position requires employees to be on-site 3 days a week at our clients Hackensack, NJ office. Note:
The qualified candidate for this position must have prior administrative experience in a law firm or professional services environment, preferably within tax, trusts, or estates. About Our Client Our client is a respected law firm with offices throughout the East Coast, recognized for their work in tax, trusts, and estates law. Job Description Assist attorneys in preparing and organizing Trusts & Estates binders and related documents Compile letters, emails, and materials for client deliverables Assemble final binder sets for mailing, ensuring accurate formatting and FedEx shipment preparation Print, label, and process outgoing correspondence and documents Support attorneys during client meetings by preparing and organizing required materials Submit check requests and manage administrative forms Save and organize documents in the firms document management system (MyCase, iManage, or similar) Open new client files, run conflict checks, and prepare administrative documents Provide coverage for the Client Services Representative, including handling original documents and vault maintenance Qualifications Prior administrative assistant experience in a law firm or professional services environment Familiarity with trusts, estates, or tax law preferred Strong organizational and communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office and document management systems (MyCase, iManage, or similar) Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently with attention to detail Why This Is a Great Opportunity Join a highly regarded law firm in a key support role Work closely with attorneys and gain exposure to trusts, estates, and tax matters Professional, team-oriented work environment Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits package JPC-394 Job Type: Full-time Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Retirement plan Vision insurance
