Forklift Operator/Material Handler
position performs all tasks involved in the movement of our product materials throughout the warehouses. This position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits while ensuring product materials are moved safely throughout the warehouse. Responsibilities: Material handling and warehousing experience to include pick/pull operation, cycle counting, sit down and stand up forklift experience or ability to become forklift qualified. Employee will both ship and receive materials and finished products Lift and unload heavy pallets, both by hand and by machine, and safely relocate them elsewhere in the warehouse or prepare them for transport Fill out inventory lists, crosscheck shipping invoices and maintain accurate delivery log records for every order Maintain safety protocols during entirety of shift Requirements: Forklift experience preferred Mid-level computer competency is required (Excel) Must have manufacturing
background/experience The job requires lifting up to 50 pounds. Possibility of OT available.
