This role ensures accurate material transactions, timely availability of components, and efficient use of company resources. A key requirement for this position is hands-on experience with the
Plex ERP system . Coordinate the movement of raw materials, parts, and finished goods between departments to meet production schedules. Maintain accurate inventory records within Plex, including cycle counts, material transactions, and stock adjustments. Monitor material shortages and communicate with purchasing, suppliers, and production teams to resolve issues. Generate and analyze inventory and usage reports in Plex to support planning and forecasting. Collaborate with production planners and warehouse staff to optimize material flow. Troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies related to inventory accuracy, lot tracking, or material movement. Physical Requirements: This position requires the candidate to be able to stand, kneel, climb, and lift n the winter and hot in the summer. Candidates must be willing to work overtime if required to meet production objectives and timing.
Safety Requirements: Employee’s must be willing and capable to wear Safety Glasses (Non-Tinted) and Safety Toe shoes or boots on the shop floor as well as Ear Plugs at machining centers. The use of a forklift or crane may be required. The wearing of gloves is as needed. Ear buds and radios are not permitted on the shop floor.
