We’re looking for a customer-focused

Sales Representative

to join our Aftermarket team. This is not a cold-calling role—it’s a relationship-driven position focused on supporting existing customers with replacement parts, upgrades, and service solutions that keep their operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

Generates opportunities to meet or exceed assigned targets by focusing on the customer’s experience, providing timely quotes, and being an expert on GK product Process quotations for customized engineered component parts, weldments, and stocked items Creating an active sales pipeline and accurately forecasting closed sales Collaborates with internal stake holders to ensure that delivery capability matches the proposed solution for component or contractual orders Ability and willingness to work within an ERP (Syteline) & CRM (Salesforce.com) Review inquiries from customers and the sales network for component parts and services and identify the best solution Analyze quotation success rate regularly and report metrics Identify, specify and quote all component opportunities in an efficient and responsive manner. Create & update all installed base databases & keep customer relationship tools updated across the business Utilize specialized technical/product knowledge to sell and promote products and/or services Enter orders through ERP (Syteline) for review by Application Engineers (AE) Setup new & review existing customers in ERP to ensure proper financial reviews are complete Research prices for custom projects and work with AE’s to price appropriately Maintain all leads, quotes and installed base within Salesforce.com & Syteline Sell direct to end-user and indirect through our rep network Assists sales support/marketing staff members in activities such as sales promotion or training Requirements:

3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or technical support—preferably in industrial equipment or manufacturing. Strong technical knowledge of machinery and parts, with the ability to understand and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Ability to work cross-functionally in a team environment and coordinate with multiple departments. Detail-oriented with solid organizational and follow-up skills. Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Infor Syteline) and CRM tools is a plus. Technical aptitude or willingness to learn about mechanical systems and components.

Pay:

$45,000 to $55,000 paid annually. The range provided is a guideline and not a guarantee of compensation. Other factors that are involved in offer decisions include, and are not limited to a candidate’s experience, qualifications, geography, and internal equity. Benefits:
