Job Description Description: Receive incoming shipments, unpack goods, and verify accuracy against purchase orders and packing slips. Inspect incoming items for damage or defects; report discrepancies or issues to the appropriate department. Accurately log all received inventory into the inventory management system. Route materials to appropriate storage or work areas. Coordinate with purchasing and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely intake of goods. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area. Assist with cycle counts and periodic inventory audits. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other material handling equipment as needed. Support shipping, warehouse, or production teams as necessary. Take trailers for shake down
Work Environment: Fast-paced manufacturing setting with exposure to noise, dust, and machinery. Requires standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods. Personal protective equipment (PPE) must be worn as required. Schedule: Full-time position (M-F 6am-2:30pm) with potential for overtime based on production needs. Flexible to work shifts as required, including occasional weekends. Compensation: Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
