The Role: We are seeking to hire a full-time Investment Operations Associate to join us in supporting our Investment Operations team as we continue to grow. The Investment Operations team is responsible for the maintenance and monitoring of the firm's investment portfolio; and plays a pivotal role in the data integrity of our investments to ensure accurate financial information to both internal and external stakeholders. We are looking for a hands-on candidate who takes ownership and seeks new opportunities. The position will report directly to the Investment Operations Manager. Requirements:

What You'll Be Doing: · Assist in the trade settlement process, generally across multiple portfolios· Monitor daily cash flows and investigate discrepancies· Monitor and process daily activity on bank loans such as trade settlement, draw downs, pay downs, interest payments, principal payments, PIK loans, skim payments, agented deal transactions, internal transfers, manual interest calculations, fee calculations, interest adjustments, cash reconciliation, book transfers and wires· Input new deals into S&P Wall Street Office (“WSO”)· Prepare billings and payoff letters for the Borrower· Attend deal closing meetings as necessary for proper handling and disbursement of fees· Consistently meet high service level commitments to clients and management· Assist with audit requests and special projects as needed· Adhere to and develop internal control procedures in an evolving environment

What You'll Bring: · 3+ years of meaningful relevant experience in all varieties of loan servicing including agency services and funding responsibilities in a similar business is strongly desired (private equity / leveraged finance / hedge fund or similar) · High level of proficiency in Excel and WSO is a must · Proven ability to analyze credit agreements and related documentation for accuracy and booking terms · Ability to identify loan parameters from credit agreements (e.g., interest rates, amortization schedules) · Extremely organized and strong ability to multi-task · Must be meticulous, detail-focused and consistently accurate · Excited to work hard in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment · Highly developed written and oral communication skills including the ability to write clear, concise and cogent credit correspondence · Exceptional analytical skills and strong interpersonal skills · Detail-oriented and well-organized, able to manage multiple projects · Team player, that thrives in a collaborative environment · Proficient with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
