With 135k square feet of indoor sports and entertainment space, we are the largest indoor sports dome in New England and the first to provide Trackman golf performance range technology. Our offerings include Golf & Range, Turf Sports, Sports Performance, as well as food & beverage offerings. We are looking for guest experience-minded individuals to join our fitness-focused, fun team. Job Summary: Under the supervision of the Directors of the Turf Division. Field Marshals are responsible for ensuring all league and tournament participants have a positive experience through excellent customer service, quality communication, and adherence to facility policies. This includes welcoming customers, players, teams, and coaches, checking and confirming rosters, communicating league or tournament information such as field locations, account balances, league or tournament policies, and ensuring all participants have a positive experience.
Hourly Rate: $16-$20/hr
Responsibilities: Customer Service:
Provide exceptional customer service by being approachable, courteous, and professional to all league participants and attendees. Communication:
Serve as the main contact for coaches, players, and spectators. Provide clear and timely communication regarding game schedules, rules, and any changes or updates. Game Day Operations:
Supervise field activities, ensuring games start on time and adhere to scheduled times and durations. Safety Enforcement:
Monitor and enforce safety regulations, including ensuring that the field and surrounding areas are free from hazards and that all participants comply with safety protocols. Rule Enforcement:
Ensure that all league rules and regulations are followed. Address and resolve any issues or disputes that arise during games. Incident Management:
Respond to and manage any incidents or emergencies that occur in the field. Document incidents and report them to the league director. Field Preparation:
Oversee the preparation and maintenance of the field before and after games, including setup, cleanup, and ensuring equipment is in good condition. Roster Checks:
Ensures each player is rostered for the team they’re playing for. Directs non-rostered players to check in at our front desk and follow facility policies. Problem Resolution:
Appropriately addresses and resolves field or league-related issues or complaints. Conduct routine trash collection and disposal, ensuring bins are emptied promptly and replaced with liners. Perform minor bathroom cleaning tasks (restocking supplies, wiping down counters, spot-cleaning stalls, checking for cleanliness throughout the day). Respond quickly to spills, debris, or other maintenance issues to ensure safety and cleanliness. Communicate any larger maintenance or sanitation needs to the Manger on Duty for escalation. Call team managers/champions as needed, following provided call scripts, to share league updates, confirm schedules, and relay important information.

Excellent verbal communication skills. Willing to work nights and weekends. Ability to create a welcoming and positive environment for all customers. Ability problem problem-solve on the fly. Experience operating or facilitating youth or adult leagues or tournaments. Prior experience with a wide range of sports (ie, soccer, baseball/softball, lacrosse, football, etc), their rules, equipment needs, and best practices Ability to calmly and effectively resolve conflicts related to league and tournament participants or spectators. Organization and effective prioritization of responsibilities. 1-2 years’ customer service-related experience, preferably in youth and/or adult sports. Experience with DaySmart Recreation software preferred Proficient in computer abilities with a variety of applications, including MS Suite and Google Suite Physical Demands: Required to be on your feet and walk around the facility for extended periods of time Required to periodically set up fields and move heavy goals and netting into place, weighing up to 50lbs. On-Site/Remote Attendance: This position requires 100% on-site attendance.
