facilities/warehouse
support specialist you will be responsible for performing various tasks to ensure efficient and accurate warehouse operations. Your duties will include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment. Also, daily travel as needed to areas in PA . Will be driving a box truck to our other locations. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or abilities required. Assists shipping and receiving unloading trucks, checking in merchandise, matching purchase orders. Travel as needed to areas in PA . Will be driving a box truck to our other locations. Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders or requisitions to determine items to be staged and/or shipped. Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas. Sort and place materials on shelves or in bins according to predetermined locations. File requisitions, work orders or requests for materials, tools or other stock items. Assemble customer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves, or relocate orders to a holding area or shipping department. Record amounts of materials or items received or distributed via appropriate computer program. Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations. Assist in counting of physical inventory. May be assigned facilities maintenance duties as needed. Prepare parcels for mailing. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times. Wear the proper safety equipment. Able to work in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner. In-person attendance is required. What You Bring: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience working in a warehouse or similar environment preferred. Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to lift and move heavy objects. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes physically demanding environment. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
(Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to operate a smartphone for communication, documentation, GPS, calendar, and other professional functions. Physical Requirements: Must be able to stand for long periods of time and frequently bend, twist, reach, stoop, kneel or crouch. Must have hand dexterity to manipulate and handle materials. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a daily continuous basis. Any lifting over 50 pounds will be done with the assistance of a mechanical device or with the assistance of another employee. Note:

Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Daily travel as needed to areas in PA . Will periodically drive a box truck to our other locations Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the day Previous warehouse or delivery experience is necessary Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Applicants must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and a good driving record to operate a company vehicle.
