Full-time employees receive: Competitive Pay Generous PTO 13 paid holidays Medical, dental, vision and MORE Meeting Street is currently looking for a Director of Admissions for 40 hours per week.

Duties: Design and execute marketing and recruitment strategies to meet enrollment targets for students with Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs), ages 3 to 22 Design and execute marketing and recruitment strategies to meet enrollment targets for private-pay students, grades K-8 Manage all administrative aspects of the application and enrollment process, through proficient use of the FACTS Student Information System (SIS) Manage the application process and work with Meeting Street’s Chief Financial Officer to award and distribute financial aid funding for The Grace School Manage The Grace School’s website and social media channels Identify and participate in community events to promote Meeting Street’s school programs (will require after-hours and weekend events) Design and execute admissions events and weekly tours of The Grace and Carter Schools Work in concert with the Manager of the ELC to facilitate tours for students with an IEP Maintain an up-to-date recruitment pipeline, capturing inquiries by and outreach to both families and school districts Manage external communications and engagement tools, waiting list updates, annual surveys, student withdrawal interviews and quarterly newsletters Collaborate with middle school students and families to identify high schools and assist in their completion of financial aid forms and standardized test registration Develop and maintain a strong alumni program for The Grace School
