Location: Meridian, Idaho
Pay: Starting at $16.00/hour (based on experience)

This is more than a jobits a chance to make a real impact in the lives of young adults (ages 1819) who are stepping out of juvenile corrections and into independent living for the first time.
About the Role
As a Mentor, youll be a steady, supportive presence in the lives of young adults learning to navigate adulthood. You'll help them: Develop independent living skills like budgeting, cooking, and home care Build healthy daily routines and personal responsibility Prepare for jobs and understand workplace expectations Strengthen social and emotional skills Grow the confidence to make their own choices and shape their own future What You Bring to the Team High school diploma or GED Ability to pass a background check Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, registration, and insurance (mileage reimbursed) CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to get certified (well help!) A grounded, consistent presence with a heart for youth and a belief in their potential Why Mana?
