Team is seeking a dynamic
Painter
who will be responsible for performing painting and decorating tasks throughout the campus. This role ensures that all areas are maintained to a high standard of appearance and functionality. Fill nail holes, cracks, and joints with appropriate compound fillers. Prepare surfaces using sandpaper, wire brushes, or steel wool. Apply paint using brushes, spray guns, or rollers. Assist with snow removal. Create special effects using paint with cloth, brushes, or sponges. Wash walls, ceilings, and woodwork; stencil surfaces with lettering or decorations; hang wallpaper; power wash exterior surfaces and floors. Estimate time and material costs on projects, order needed supplies, and provide contractors with necessary supplies. Skills/Qualifications: Ability to read and write. Minimum of two years experience as a painter. Ability to work within set standards. About Us:
