Job Type:
Full-time (minimum 35 clients per week) | Part-time (minimum 15 clients per week) Required Qualifications: Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Current Illinois Physical Therapy License Illinois Early Intervention (EI) Credential or actively in the process of obtaining (we can assist) Experience working with children birth to 3 years old, especially in areas such as:
Musculoskeletal development Sensorimotor function Neurobehavioral organization Perceptual and motor development Environmental adaptation
Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one physical therapy services to infants and toddlers in natural settings such as home and daycare Conduct initial
evaluations/assessments,
six-month reviews, and discharge summaries in compliance with Early Intervention requirements Develop and implement therapy plans in alignment with Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP) goals Create engaging, individualized curriculum-based activities to support developmental progress Provide ongoing family and caregiver education and support to promote therapeutic strategies Maintain accurate and timely documentation to comply with agency policies, State/Federal regulations and professional standards
