Job Type:
Full-time (minimum 35 clients per week) | Part-time (minimum 15 clients per week) Required Qualifications: Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or in the process of completing a supervised professional experience Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) Current Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) License in Illinois Illinois Early Intervention (EI) Credential or actively in the process of obtaining (we can assist) Experience working with the pediatric population (ages birth to 3) Strong knowledge of speech-language pathology principles and practices Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one therapy services to children aged birth to 3 years in their natural settings, such as home and daycare environments Implement treatment plans and protocols developed by the supervising Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Meet with the supervisor on a monthly basis to review progress and ensure effective service delivery Follow and support Individual Family Service Plan (IFSP) goals, track and monitor each child's progress Deliver family home education programs to empower parents and caregivers in supporting speech and language development Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with company policies and state/federal regulations
