Summary
:
Receive, process, and stock customer returns expeditiously with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.
Location: Lithia Springs, GA Hourly Rate: $19.00 up to $20.66 after 12 months Standard Work Hours:
5:00am-1:30pm
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Other duties may be assigned.
Daily navigation on the computer is required Must be able to print required receiving reports on a daily basis. Operation of a RF scanner is required Requires applying case id labels on each product received Separate product by zone and distribute/move to proper zone ● Restock product to designated areas Designate and store products to be returned to the vendor if applicable Designate and dispose of products that need to be discarded ● Clean-up and general housekeeping of receiving department. ● Ability to operate a forklift. Follow and adhere to all safety rules including the handling of hazardous materials. Receive damaged items from the warehouse; process to return to vendor or disposal Willingness to Cross-Train to perform other duties in the warehouse as needed.

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
Reasoning Ability: A high degree of analytical thinking is required for this position. The Returns Processor must have an intimate working knowledge of all PkMS functions, including tracking case history for receiving, stocking and shipping procedures of PkMS and OMS are essential.
Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of PkMS software.
Physical Demands: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand. The employee is frequently required to walk; use hands and fingers to handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is occasionally required to sit; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Work Environment: The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
