Job Description Salary: DOE Construction EHS (Safety) Specialist Location: Doral, FL (travel to East side USA) Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: Were seeking an experienced Construction EHS Specialist to join our team and ensure compliance with health & safety regulations across commercial and retail construction projects. Youll lead safety programs, conduct site audits, manage safety documentation, and help us maintain a culture of safety. This role requires frequent travel and occasional short-term relocations. What Youll Do: Lead and implement OHS programs and toolbox talk. Conduct job safety analyses and hazard assessments. Manage subcontractor safety documentation and reports. Work closely with client safety auditors on compliance measures. Promote and enforce safety policies on-site. What Were Looking For: 5+ years in commercial or industrial construction safety. OSHA 30 & OSHA 510 certifications. Bilingual (English & Spanish). Strong organizational and communication skills. Willingness to travel and work occasional nights/weekends.
