Office Manager - Full Time Location: 11971 Westline Industrial Dr, St. Louis, MO Salary Range: $47,000-$55,000 annually The Office Manager for Hope Therapeutic Services (HTS) is responsible for the overall
operations/processes
of the HTS office, in conjunction with the HTS Director. This position maintains and oversees all office functions, including billing, intakes, human resources, and contract management.
Office Manager Job Duties: Manage HTS office staff and processes, including the development of new processes to increase efficiencies within the office environment. Outline clear expectations to staff for job performance and provide guidance and mentoring as needed. Coordinate with the lead therapist of each service discipline to provide supports to other employees when needed. Oversee referral process, including physician’s orders, insurance verification, pre-authorization, and therapist assignment. Recruit and on-board new therapists as needed. Complete biweekly payroll for therapists to provide to the Hope Payroll Department. Complete monthly billing spreadsheet to provide to the Hope Finance Department.
Minimum Qualifications : Associate’s degree in a relevant field. 3+ years of leadership experience (either clinical or administrative) in a not-for-profit program. Must possess excellent customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications : 5+ years of experience working in a not-for-profit agency with individuals who have developmental disabilities, intellectual disabilities, autism, and/or dual diagnosis. Demonstrated management and organizational skills. Proficiency in the use of personal computers and software applications. Experience with Scheduling and medical billing preferred.
