Dishwasher (Reports to front of house manager) General Job Description responsible for making sure dishware and cooking are clean and put away during each shift. Also must keep the area clean and clear of garbage. Duties and Responsibilities Cleans and maintains dish station in practicing good safety, sanitation, and organizational skills. Has understanding and knowledge to properly use the equipment. Assists in cleaning, sanitation, and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers, and all storage areas. May restocks items as needed throughout the shift. Follow all posted checklists for the position. Performs additional responsibilities, not detailed above, as requested by Management or Pit Cook. Qualifications Must be able to life 40-80 lbs at a time
