Description of the role: Join our dynamic team at West Palm Nissan as an Automotive Sales Associate. You will be responsible for assisting customers in finding the perfect vehicle to meet their needs and providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process. Responsibilities: Assist customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles Negotiate pricing and financing options Provide test drives and vehicle demonstrations Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction Requirements: Previous sales experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of automotive products and services Valid driver's license Benefits: Competitive compensation: $75,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year Healthcare benefits Paid time off Career development opportunities About the Company: West Palm Nissan is a leading automotive dealership located in Riviera Beach, FL. Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life Exhibit consultative selling skills. Assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority. Know the in’s and the out’s of product offerings, optional packages, and the latest technologies Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business Learn to overcome objections and thrive within sales situations Report directly to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses Bring your ‘A game’ along with a positive attitude to work with you every single day Qualifications
