Position Summary:

We are seeking a qualified

Home Health Aide (HHA)

to provide personalized, non-medical support to clients in

South Bend, Indiana.

The ideal candidate will be empathetic, dependable, and committed to delivering high-quality home assistance services.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting

Support clients with light housekeeping tasks (laundry, dishes, vacuuming, etc.)

Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs and preferences

Provide medication reminders (no medication administration)

Offer companionship and emotional support

Assist with mobility and safe transfers (using gait belts, walkers, etc. as needed)

Report any changes in client condition to the supervisor or care coordinator

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED preferred

HHA certification or CNA license

Previous home care or caregiving experience is a plus

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Must pass background check and drug screening

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
