Valley Metals, an AEROFLOW TECHNOLOGIES company, is searching for a
Shipping and Receiving/Quality
employee within our manufacturing
team to help support our Aerospace business. So, what will you be doing as Shipping and Receiving/Quality employee? Support operations in handling the accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of goods. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Inspect and verify incoming shipments for accuracy against packing slips, purchase orders, and invoices. Unload, label, and store incoming materials in designated locations. Notify appropriate personnel of discrepancies or damages. Prepare, pack, and label products for shipment according to customer specifications and shipping guidelines. Create shipping documentation, including bills of lading and shipping labels. Coordinate with carriers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods. Maintain accurate records of all shipments and receipts in the inventory management system. Conduct periodic inventory counts to ensure accuracy and report variances. Ensure all outgoing and incoming products meet quality standards and customer requirements. Report and address any non-conformance issues promptly. Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company policies and procedures.

Able to work in a fast-paced environment and perform under pressure. High level of interpersonal skills to work effectively with others. Proficient in Microsoft Office software programs. Lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds
Pay Range:
$22.00 - $24.00 an hour (based on experience) Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM –5:30 PM; Full-time, 40 hours per week Full Benefits:

We're looking for someone with: - HS Diploma or GED - Minimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing environment - Minimum 2 year’s experience in shipping and receiving
