Chef Position Gourmet Meal Prep Company
Were looking for a
creative, detail-driven Chef
to join our growing meal prep company. Our mission is to deliver restaurant-quality meals that are fresh, flavorful, and beautifully balanced for busy clients who care about what they eat.
What Youll Do
Lead menu development with a focus on
premium, gourmet driven recipes.
Manage day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring meals are prepared efficiently, consistently and plated beautifully.
Oversee food safety, sanitation, and quality standards in a licensed facility.
Collaborate with ownership on new ideas, seasonal menus, and special catering projects.
Maintain portion control, cost efficiency, inventory and ingredient sourcing.
What Were Looking For
Professional kitchen or catering experience (meal prep or high-volume service a plus).
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a production schedule.
Passion for
culinary creativity
with a focus on high end quality, presentation, and flavor.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing company.
Team-oriented mindset with leadership skills.

Compensation: Competitive pay, based on experience Schedule: Full-time (flexibility required for production and events) Tuesday-Saturday are our current production days, and they will change as company grows. Monday can be work from home to get prep list, orders done in advance of Tuesday cook day, etc.
