Technical Integration Architect
to design, implement, and optimize integration solutions across campus systems such as SIS, LMS, CRM, and ERP. This role requires deep expertise in Azure Cloud and integration technologies, along with strong architecture and stakeholder management skills. The ideal candidate will translate complex business needs into scalable, secure, and compliant technical solutions while mentoring development teams on best practices. Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Architect and develop integration solutions across enterprise systems (SIS, LMS, CRM, ERP, etc.). Create technical specifications, architecture diagrams, and system roadmaps. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical designs. Mentor and guide development teams on integration best practices and governance. Ensure solutions align with compliance, security, and data governance standards. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize integration performance. Stay current on Azure Cloud and emerging integration technology trends. Must-Haves: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. 7 years of IT architecture experience, with 5 in integration architecture. Strong expertise in
Azure Cloud services
(Logic Apps, Functions, API Management, Service Bus). Proficiency in
REST APIs, SOAP, and event-driven architectures . Hands-on experience with
data integration, ETL, middleware, and iPaaS
platforms. Knowledge of
identity management
(Azure AD, SAML, OAuth). Familiarity with
DevOps practices
for integration solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Nice-to-Haves: Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Azure certifications
(Solutions Architect Expert, Integration & Developer Associate). Experience with
Ellucian Ethos, Informatica Cloud, Kafka, Azure Data Factory, Snowflake . Knowledge of
containerization
(Docker, Kubernetes). Familiarity with
higher education systems
(Banner, Workday, Canvas, Salesforce, ServiceNow). Understanding of
higher-ed data standards
(IMS Global, PESC). Background in higher education IT ecosystems and student success initiatives. Experience with
Agile methodologies
and tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps).
