Job Description Salary: $15.49 $25.00 hourly based on productivity Warehouse Associate Lumper / Unloader / Loader Location: Hazelwood, MO Schedule: Full-Time | 6:00 AM 2:30 PM Pay: $15.49 $25.00 hourly based on productivity

(lumpers/unloaders/loaders) Sign-On Bonus: $750 Paid in two parts: $375 at 60 days and $375 at 90 days Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401(k) About the Role Total Warehouse Solutions is seeking hardworking Warehouse Associates for our Hazelwood, MO location. This position involves transferring packages and products on and off trailers, containers, or railcars. You may also operate equipment such as pallet jacks, pacers, or forklifts (training and OSHA certification provided). Our productivity-based pay rewards you for working efficiently, with top performers earning up to $25 per hour. Use pallet jacks, pacers, and forklifts (training provided). Read and understand labels, breakdown sheets, and basic math (block/tier). Identify damages/shortages and report to supervisor. Build products/packages onto pallets or racks for transportation. Shrink-wrap or tape goods for secure transport. Maintain a clean and safe work environment following OSHA and company guidelines. Separate products by UPC code or description. Apply pallet ID labels to built pallets. Requirements Ability to lift 5070 lbs safely from floor to pallet or pallet to floor. Comfortable working in warehouse conditions (cold, heat, noise). Must pass background check and drug screening. Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and overtime when required. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Good verbal and written communication skills
