High Point Residence Quincy Quincy, IL 62305 About the Role: full and part time day and night shifts open w/ every other weekend availability needed. 3pm-11pm shift availability. As a CNA at High Point Residence Quincy, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our residents. You will be responsible for assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and ensuring the overall well-being of our residents. Your dedication and compassion will make a significant impact on the lives of those in your care. Minimum Qualifications: Active CNA certification High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a long-term care facility Experience with electronic medical records Responsibilities: Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure and temperature Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members Skills: As a CNA, you will utilize your active CNA certification and excellent communication skills to provide compassionate care to our residents. You will use your ability to work independently and as part of a team to ensure the highest level of care is provided. Your experience with electronic medical records and bilingual abilities will be beneficial in providing exceptional care to our diverse resident population.
